This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, contact forms or embedded social media. Its fonts and images are served with the website. The site itself does not set cookies or store information in your browser. The role selector in the gaming section only changes the illustration on this page; your choice is not saved or sent anywhere.

Hosting and security

Cloudflare Pages hosts and delivers this website. Cloudflare processes technical request information, including IP addresses and browser information, to deliver the pages and protect the service. My basis for using this service is my legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure website. Cloudflare operates internationally; its privacy policy explains its processing, retention and international transfer safeguards.

Porkbun provides the domain’s DNS service and redirects visits from richardzoltantoth.com to the www address. See Porkbun’s privacy policy for information about its services.

If you contact me

If you send me a business enquiry, I use the contact details and information you choose to share to respond, discuss the work and, where we agree to work together, manage our engagement. My basis for responding to enquiries is my legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact my business. Information needed to provide agreed services is used to perform our contract.

I use Apple iCloud Mail to send and receive business email at hello@richardzoltantoth.com. You can read Apple’s privacy policy for information about its service.

I do not sell your information or add you to a marketing list just because you get in touch.

Keeping information

I keep enquiries that do not lead to work for up to 12 months. Client information is retained for the engagement and for applicable record-keeping obligations. LinkedIn separately controls information held within its own service.

Your choices and questions

You can request access to your personal information, correction, deletion or restriction of its use, and a portable copy where the relevant right applies. These rights depend on the circumstances and the legal basis for using the information.
